We come look at your space
You reach out, we visit, and we talk through what you want and how you plan to use the deck. This is also when we flag anything specific to your lot that will affect the project, like grade, access, or how close you are to the water.
We design and Permit
We draw up the deck and pull the permits with your city. Working in the same west-metro towns for decades means that we already know how the local building departments operate, which keeps things moving smoothly.
Our crew builds
The same experienced Two Teacher carpenters who work on all our projects handle your framing, decking, and railing from start to finish. You will know who is on site and what is happening on any given day, and you will be dealing with a group of professionals with an abundance of experience.
We clean up like we were never there
Once the building process is done, the site gets cleaned up properly, all debris disposed of, and the whole site swept clean. The only thing we leave behind is the deck, ready for you to enjoy for years to come.
